Southwestern Consulting Coaching Methodology
 


Both the Top Producer's Edge sales coaching and the Manger's Edge leadership coaching consist of 3 elements:


1. One on one ACCOUNTABILITY with a Southwestern Consulting certified coach who lives by the principle "you cannot teach what you don't know, and you cannot lead where you won't go". Meaning they have walked in your shoes and been at the top of their respected field.


2. Inspection of your RESULTS. We care as much about your success as you do. Using a customized activity tracking tool called Critical Success Factors your coach reviews a report of what you have actually been doing in-between each coaching session, then holds you accountable to doing what you said you would do!


3. Access to the over 160 years of KNOWLEDGE at the Southwestern Company. As part of your sales coaching or sales leadership coaching program, you will receive modules from the Top Producer’s Edge and/or Manager’s Edge library of rich content filled with sales scripts, success principles, articles, templates and exercises that will help take your game to the next level. Additionally, in-between your coaching sessions, you will receive virtual training video sessions with the best sales training of the over 150,000 salespeople who’ve gone through the Southwestern Companies sales training programs.
