Dana holds a B.A. in Mass Media Communications from UCLA. Julia Sewell has been surrounded by entrepreneurs and philanthropists her entire life. Daughter of a 3rd generation entrepreneur, Julia was raised to believe that opportunity, not security, is the ultimate goal professionally. As Founder and CEO of Trillion, McFadden’s proficiency in working with corporate officers, system engineers, corporate sourcing, operations councils, and community organizations enabled him to negotiate and manage key sales and procurement contracts with numerous clients, including BellSouth and Lucent Technologies.Under McFadden’s leadership, Trillion progressed rapidly from a $100,000 startup company to an extraordinary entrepreneurial success story with more than $115 million in annual sales.

Tony “grew up” in sales with 5 years of experience selling and recruiting for The Southwestern Company while in school at The University of Michigan and while earning his MBA from Syracuse University. He was accepted into the Toyota Management Training program and subsequently served as a District Manager in Boston. He then began a long and successful career as a top producer with Athlon Sports Communications where he retired as “Partner/VP Sales.” Tony established many industry “firsts” working with many of the top brands in corporate America selling to senior level marketing and sales executives. A real industry pro at B2B selling, setting appointments, and renewing business. He has sold millions of dollars of media and led many clients to the digital transformation through consumer interaction around sports. Athlon Sports’ revenue grew 1,000% during his tenure. He has accomplished many “bucket list” items during his life but lists his family and faith as his two top achievements.
